Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing + Communications group.

This fast-paced role supports high-quality proposals, qualifications, and presentations by coordinating with executives, engineers, architects, and staff to meet tight deadlines. Requirements include a BA/BS in Communications or related field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and at least one year of proposal development experience in A/E or related consulting.

Qualifications

BA or BS in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, Journalism or related degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of formatting proposals.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to rework technical content.

Responsibilities

Prepare high quality A/E proposals, qualification documents, and presentations.
Coordinate with executives, engineers, architects, project managers, and staff.
Facilitate kickoff meetings and gather information to develop proposals and qualifications.
Track proposal lifecycle and maintain data in a timely fashion.
Ensure adherence to company brand standards and proposal templates.
Meet multiple deadlines and manage simultaneous tasks.
