Job summary

Pankow Builders is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Specialist to energize our brand and craft compelling communications across verbal, visual and written channels. This self-starter will help maintain a single, consistent voice in all external and internal materials.

You will lead proposal development, support interview presentations, coordinate branding efforts with the Culture and Communications team, and ensure high-quality content across newsletters, brochures, and digital media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience
• Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance brand marketing efforts for external and internal audiences
• Ensure consistent visual identity and on-point messaging per corporate standards
• Collaborate with Director of Culture and Communications and operations teams from pursuit to completion
• Develop presentations to support interview strategy sessions and empower teams
• Coordinate proposal, qualification and presentation deliverables
• Oversee external marketing resources (coaching, photography, graphics, writing)
• Assist in writing of proposal sections and cover letters with cross-functional teams
• Develop win strategies and proposal plans addressing client issues and RFP/RFQ requirements
• Manage project data and support strategy sessions and team meetings
• Produce presentations including research, design and reproduction
