Citadel CPM, Inc. in Pasadena, CA, seeks a Marketing & Proposal Operations Director to lead the development and production of proposals and statements of qualifications in response to procurement solicitations, in collaboration with the CEO and staff.

This role requires strategic thinking, top-notch technical writing, excellent time management, and strong interpersonal skills to elevate the firm’s marketing and branding in the construction project management sector.

Formación

• 15 years total experience including lead director of proposal creation in AEC.
• Experience writing winning proposals for public agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead proposal teams and manage deadlines.
• Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and production of proposals and statements of qualifications.
• Collaborate with CEO, Market Sector Leaders, and staff on procurement responses.
• Strategize branding and marketing for the firm’s growth.
• Maintain CRM and manage proposal processes and templates.
• Guide pursuit teams and coordinate with leadership for opportunities.
