Citadel CPM Inc. in Pasadena is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Operations Director to lead proposal development and brand strategy.

You will partner with the CEO and sector leaders to craft compelling responses to procurements, manage the proposal lifecycle, and align marketing with company growth. The role demands a track record of writing winning proposals, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ professional experience in the AEC industry with at least 5 years as lead director of proposal creation and delivery.
• Proven track record creating winning proposals in response to RFQs and RFPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage the proposal process from opportunity to submission.
• Experience collaborating with leadership to grow sales and expand services.

Responsabilités

• Be a vital member of the leadership team and provide guidance to management and staff.
• Lead marketing and branding initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and the Citadel CPM Newsletter.
• Support business development for marketing and proposal presentations and events.
• Evaluate and optimize the Marketing Department’s staffing and technology needs.
