Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years relevant experience in marketing and/or the AEC industry.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Manages content development and pursuits process directly with the Business Development team.
• Crafts compelling story content about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators.
• Ensures all external content aligns with Gilbane’s brand standards and messaging.
• Leads marketing campaigns, branded content, awards, speaking submissions, and local events.
• Oversees internal/external communications and digital asset organization.
