Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to grow our marketing team. The role focuses on developing compelling proposals, coordinating content, and presenting RMF's capabilities to clients and prospects.

You will write and edit proposals, manage multiple deadlines, support events, and track leads using Deltek Vantagepoint. A bachelor's degree and 1–5 years in AEC marketing are preferred; we offer a stable benefits package and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 1–5 years in AEC marketing, proposals, or communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Proposal and content development for RFPs and RFQs.
• Writing and editing proposals, presentations, brochures, and digital materials.
• Project coordination across deadlines and milestones.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for interviews, trade shows, client meetings.
• Lead tracking and market research to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and leadership to showcase RMF's expertise.
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint to manage marketing data.
• Occasional travel to site visits and industry events.
