You will identify prospective clients, develop relationships with decision-makers, and create new business opportunities across Architecture, Engineering and Construction. This role focuses on building a healthy sales pipeline, managing the process from outreach to proposal and close, and partnering with recruiting and delivery teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development or a related client-facing role.
• Ability to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation or new-account development.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with company owners, executives and senior leaders.
• Willingness to quickly learn the AEC market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AEC industry.
• Develop relationships with company owners, executives, human resources leaders, operations leaders and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct outbound business development through calls, email, networking and referrals.
• Learn each prospect’s business, structure, challenges and growth plans.
• Manage the sales process from outreach through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Develop long-term client relationships that produce repeat business and growth.
• Partner with internal recruiting, delivery and practice leadership teams to align expectations.
• Monitor developments and trends in the AEC market.
