Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must possess a valid California driver's license.
• Understanding of the effects of imprisonment on individuals.
• Ability to show empathy and work constructively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide casework services including intake and needs assessments.
• Develop and monitor individual case management plans.
• Document participant progress and services provided.
• Make referrals to outside agencies as needed.
