Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• LMSW, LCSW or LMHC preferred.
• Ability to exercise sound and quick judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review conditions of release and program agreements with participants.
• Conduct intake interviews and assess needs using evidence-based tools.
• Monitor a caseload of high risk and high needs participants.

Skills

Familiarity with Alternative to Detention (ATD)

Knowledge of treatment programs

Excellent communication skills

Time management skills

Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)

Education

MSW or relevant Masters degree
