Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work or related field.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with ex-offenders referred to community case management.
• Develop a Community Re-entry Plan with the client, family, and partners.
• Follow up on referrals and engage clients in community activities.
• Coordinate a network of informal and formal service providers.
• Organize community supports and activities to promote positive peer relations.
