Qualifications

• 12+ years of field sales experience or related experience in a relationship selling role with a bachelor's degree.
• Relevant selling experience or hands-on implementation/architecture experience.
• Ability to engage with and influence CIOs, enterprise architects and development teams.
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL, TOGAF or similar qualifications.
• Understanding of VMware, Multi-cloud, Security and Application development.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to field sales teams to define Dell solutions.
• Build and communicate an account technology plan with future state architectures.
• Research trends and mentor customers on their applications and technology choices.
