Job summary

TrustedTech is seeking an Advisory Program Lead to manage day-to-day client advisory engagements and help scale an Advisory Services practice. This hands-on, client-facing PMO role partners with technical advisory specialists and delivery teams without needing deep technical remediation.

As volume grows, this leader will establish repeatable methodologies, governance, and reporting, and will recruit and mentor project/program managers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing project or program management.
• Proven ability to manage plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with SOW-based services and forecasting revenue and margin.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation, governance meetings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud transformation programs (Azure, Modern Work, Data & AI) at a non hands-on level.
• Ability to implement repeatable processes and scalable reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to build PMO capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple advisory engagements from initiation to renewal.
• Create and maintain engagement plans, scope and deliverable registers, schedules, action logs, risk and issue registers, decision logs, and dependency tracking.
• Lead customer kickoffs, status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates with clear ownership.
• Handle scope changes against statements of work (SOWs), documenting impacts to fees, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical advisory specialists, solution architects, account teams, and delivery leaders for consistent execution and handoffs.
