Job summary

TrustedTech is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Professional Services to own the delivery of its most complex, strategic engagements from intake to closure, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. You will apply advanced PM frameworks and mentor other PMs while upholding TrustedTech's white-glove service standards.

You will act as a technical leader within the PMO, guiding governance, collaborating with Delivery Managers and executives, and aligning cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active PMP certification mandatory; additional certifications such as CSM/ACP or Six Sigma/Lean are a plus.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with project management professionals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the most complex, strategic Professional Services projects from intake through closure.
• Translate statements of work into detailed project plans with milestones and resource needs.
• Lead kickoff sessions and align internal teams and clients on goals and success criteria.
• Mentor PMs and support PMO governance and best practices.
• Deliver weekly status reports and maintain project documentation and financial trackers.
