Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License is required.
• 3–5 years of field experience selling needs-based insurance and financial products (Life, DI, LTC, annuities).
• FINRA registrations: SIE and Series 6/7 within 6 months; Series 63 if applicable; Series 65/66 within 6 months; Series 24/26 within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop new financial representatives through hands-on training in sales strategies, prospecting, and marketing.
• Provide ongoing professional development, including weekly skill-building sessions, activity management, and field training.
• Lead by example in the community, representing Mutual of Omaha with integrity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue, growth, and customer experience goals.
