Qualifications

• Recruiting of experienced financial advisors, strongly preferred.
• Broad knowledge of sales techniques and regulations governing insurance and securities.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, lead, manage, and supervise a diverse group of producers.
• Develop and maintain community relations.
