You will deliver advisor-facing programming, facilitate sessions, and partner with cross-functional teams to address advisor needs and growth. Ideal candidates are former travel advisors with a passion for mentorship and education, capable of translating real-world expertise into engaging training content across virtual and in-person formats.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience including 2+ years as a travel advisor or in related hospitality role.
• Experience leading training and educational programming in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of building and growing a travel advisory business and industry partnerships.

• Design and facilitate high-impact advisor learning experiences across virtual and live formats.
• Lead advisor training sessions, workshops, and educational programming for growth.
