Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in web/mobile and non-traditional business development.
• Experience in TV/Radio sales is required or military experience considered in lieu.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a consultative, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting and meet goals with accountability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Wide Orbit, Kantar and WO Media Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue across all platforms and manage client lists.
• Prospect and present to new businesses to drive advertising revenue.
• Manage inventory and protect station rate structure.
• Develop new revenue through local business development and partnerships.
• Meet with local and digital sales managers to drive progression toward goals.
• Negotiate for assigned accounts and ensure proposals align with station strategies.
• Create and deliver sales presentations to multiple client contacts.
