LPi is seeking an Advertising Sales Representative to join our St. Paul, MN team. You will sell print and digital advertising to SMBs, generate new business through high-volume outreach, and expand existing accounts within your territory.

This role includes a $42,250 base salary plus uncapped commission, with typical first-year earnings of $60,000–$65,000 and top performers earning $100,000+. Expect about 30% travel and the opportunity to grow within a long-established media company.

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume sales.
• Motivated by goals and uncapped earning potential.
• Persistent and comfortable hearing “no”.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results.
• Sales experience in business development, advertising, media or another high-volume sales environment preferred.

This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships, closing new business, and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory.

What You Can Earn

• $42,250 base salary + uncapped commission
• Typical first-year earnings of $60,000-$65,000
• Established representatives earn $85,000+
• Top performers can earn $100,000+
• Up to $5,000 Fast Track Bonus for achieving new-hire sales milestones
