David&Goliath in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a midlevel Project Manager to join our integration team. You will act as a liaison across agency groups, manage workflow from creative development to delivery, and ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget.

The role requires at least 3 years of project management experience, a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset, and the ability to handle fast‑paced social and 360 campaigns. On‑site work three days a week with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading 360 campaigns and quick-turn social projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive and assertive.
• Extremely detailed-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Agency teams and manage workflow from creative development through delivery.
• Plan yearly projects and workflow with senior leadership.
• Onboard new client business and coordinate resources.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and internal touchpoints.
• Monitor projects, flag deviations, and propose contingency plans.
• Maintain detailed project records and provide process improvement insights.
