Job summary

David&Goliath in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a motivated midlevel Project Manager to join our brave, fast-paced team. You will act as the communications hub, coordinating between creative, production and account teams to deliver on-time campaigns, including quick-turn social work.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. On-site work three days per week with a base salary of $75k-$85k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead full 360 campaigns and quick-turn social projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive and assertive.
• Extremely detailed-oriented and organized.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between agency teams and manage workflow from creative to delivery.
• Plan yearly projects and workflows with leadership.
• Onboard new client business and coordinate resources.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules.
• Hold internal touch-point meetings and track progress.
• Coordinate with Creative Resource Manager on resources.
• Monitor projects for scope and contingency planning.
• Keep detailed project records and seek process improvements.
• Support on-set production and travel when required.
