• Ability to build project schedules with account/production and prioritize/re-prioritize as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work as liaison and communications hub between all Agency team members.
• Partner with the Chief of Integration, Associate Director of Project Management, and Group Account Directors to onboard and plan yearly projects and workflow.
• Partner with the Group Account Director to operationalize and onboard new client business.
• Manage, prioritize, and be accountable for workflow from creative development through delivery of materials to clients and vendors.
• Negotiate and communicate with creative, account management, and production team members throughout projects.
• Create, implement, and manage detailed workflow schedules for each project.
• Manage necessary internal touch-point meetings.
• Work with the Group Creative Resource Manager to manage and plan creative resources.
• Alert the team when projects stray from established parameters, engage in contingency planning, and recommend solutions.
• Keep detailed records of each project
• Provide insight on process improvements and resource/tool opportunities.
