Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a B2C Customer Experience Associate to join our Irvine or Rantoul office, delivering outstanding service through calls, emails, and chats. You will handle order status, product questions, warranty claims, returns, and general assistance to help customers succeed with Revelyst brands.

You will self-manage callbacks, collaborate with teammates, and deepen product knowledge to support promotions and sales programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer service, inside sales, or retail sales experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound calls, email, and chat from customers.
• Assist with order status, product inquiries, warranty claims, and returns.
• Build relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders to deliver exceptional support and drive brand loyalty.
• Support outbound call campaigns, lead generation, and sales programs as required.
