Job summary

Rivian in Milpitas, CA is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join Rivian Service during peak seasons. You’ll handle vehicle inventory, washing, detailing, charging, and logistics, while supporting technicians and gaining hands-on experience.

This role offers a TRAIL program, mentorship, and RLN modules to prepare you for a future as a Service Technician, with a flexible 40-hour week that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Learn across three areas: Vehicle & Site Operations, Service Production Support, and Training & Career Development.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Assist technicians with basic vehicle repairs, focusing on PDI tasks and Express Lane work.
• Participate in our TRAIL program and RLN modules to grow into a Service Technician.
