Job summary

The North Face is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead store teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach and develop associates, drive sales performance, and uphold brand standards across customer engagement, merchandising, and store operations.

In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will foster an inclusive team culture, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.

Education
