Job summary

The IU Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide hands-on advancement support for the Bloomington development team, coordinating the programs, events, communications, and projects across IU Bloomington. You’ll partner with the Bloomington Development leadership team to keep fundraising moving and support signature programs like Parent & Family Giving and the Hoosier Family Fellows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of three years of professional experience strongly preferred
• Experience in advancement, events, stewardship, or program support in a higher education or nonprofit setting preferred
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs, events, communications, and projects to keep fundraising moving across IU Bloomington
