Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking an Associate Director of Development to lead donor stewardship and annual giving initiatives within the SPH-Bloomington advancement team. You will plan campaigns, coordinate with the IU Foundation, and work closely with alumni, faculty, and donors to maximize engagement and gifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
2 years of experience in fundraising, sales, a higher education foundation, or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee donor stewardship activities and ensure donors see the impact of gifts.
Plan and execute annual giving campaigns and donor communications.
Coordinate with IU Foundation to align stewardship with university standards.
Lead mass-market annual giving efforts (direct mail, digital, crowdfunding).
Track progress toward goals and report metrics to leadership.
Develop and distribute fundraising materials and manage ROI reporting.
