Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in advancement operations, data management, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Salesforce or Banner or similar CRM; willingness to learn SQL/Argos.
• Aptitude for research, data mining, and turning data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Salesforce analyst, oversee security, upgrades, and data integration with Banner and other tools.
• Create and maintain donor/contributor records, reports, and dashboards for staff and leadership.
• Provide user training and support for CRM policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance and Enterprise Applications on data integration and reporting.
