Job summary

Lycée Français de San Francisco seeks an Advancement Manager to lead the department’s operations, supervise staff, and implement AI-assisted tools that enhance donor engagement and fundraising efficiency.

You will manage data in Veracross/GreaterGiving, coordinate volunteers, and collaborate with the Parents Association, while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and integrity in fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advancement, development, or nonprofit operations.
• 2+ years supervising staff or volunteers.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-assisted coding is preferred.
• Working knowledge of fundraising databases (Veracross, GreaterGiving) preferred.
• Google Workspace proficiency; Canva/Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organization and confidentiality standards.
• Able to lift and move event materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the Advancement team, set priorities and conduct regular check-ins.
• Oversee gift processing, acknowledgments, pledge tracking and data entry, maintaining policy.
• Develop and maintain procedures, training guides and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate volunteers across donor circles in partnership with the Parents Association.
• Design and build internal AI-assisted tools and dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Ensure AI tools protect donor confidentiality and align with school policy.
• Manage data in Veracross and GreaterGiving; analyze campaigns and donor retention.
• Train staff to use digital tools and advance the department's skills.
