It also stewards our donor circles (Visionary Circle, Elysée Circle, Ambassadors' Club), holds events for donors, alumni and volunteers, and works closely with the Parents Association.

The Advancement Manager is the department's operational lead. They supervise the Advancement support team, run day-to-day operations, and bring new technology into the department's work, including building AI-assisted tools, dashboards and planners that help the team work more efficiently and keep donors and volunteers informed.

  • Use AI tools to speed up routine work: first drafts of acknowledgment letters, newsletters and social media content; summaries of donor data; cleanup of mailing lists.
  • Make sure every AI-assisted tool and process protects donor confidentiality and data privacy and follows school policy. Review all AI-generated content for accuracy, tone and brand consistency before it is used.
  • Manage Advancement data in Veracross and GreaterGiving: data integrity, segmentation, analysis and reports on campaign performance, participation rates and donor retention.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for events and services.
  • Some evening and weekend hours are required for special events throughout the year.
  • Other duties as assigned.
