Job summary

Cascade AIDS Project in Portland, OR is seeking an Advancement Systems Manager to lead the Salesforce environment and the integrated fundraising technology stack.

This full‑time, hybrid role partners with the Advancement team to optimize donor management, reporting, campaigns, and workflows, while guiding system integrations.

The position supervises the Advancement Associate and ensures accurate gift processing, reconciliation with Finance, and adherence to nonprofit fundraising best practices.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of nonprofit development operations, fundraising systems, CRM administration, or closely related work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience configuring, maintaining Salesforce for fundraising and donor data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of CAP Northwest’s Advancement Salesforce environment.
• Partner with Advancement staff to understand fundraising and operational needs and develop Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain procedures for gift attribution, pledge schedules, adjustments, refunds, and other fundraising transactions.
• Oversee integrations with online giving, payment processors, peer-to-peer fundraising, events, and marketing platforms.
• Reconcile gifts, pledges, recurring gifts, and event revenue with Finance and ensure accurate reporting.
