Job summary

The Philadelphia School seeks a collaborative, detail-oriented Development Operations Manager to build the systems that support meaningful philanthropy, community engagement, and long-term institutional success. Working with the Director of Advancement, you will implement processes across fundraising, data management, and donor stewardship to strengthen a culture of generosity and belonging.

You will serve as Veracross administrator, manage gifts and records, develop dashboards and reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years advancement experience in school or nonprofit preferred
• Experience administering Veracross or another CRM system
• Strong attention to detail in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
• Ability to draft personalized donor communications and manage multiple tasks around events

Responsibilities

• Administer Veracross and maintain data standards
• Process gifts, acknowledgments, and tax receipts
• Develop dashboards, reports and donor analyses
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship communications
• Support fundraising events and office processes
• Collaborate with Finance, Admissions, and Communications
