Job summary

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia seeks an Advancement Services Coordinator to manage the Raiser's Edge NXT database and support the Office of Advancement. You will ensure data integrity, generate reports, and assist with donor communications and stewardship activities.

You will collaborate with staff and the Executive Director, handling data entry, reporting, and special projects to improve fundraising efficiency. This is a full-time role based in Drexel Hill, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a fundraising or CRM database is required.
• Ability to create mail merges using Word and Excel.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of Raiser's Edge NXT to keep records up-to-date with contributions, events, and mailings.
• Create and execute ad hoc reports, queries, and exports for fundraising activities.
• Ensure gift integrity and proper coding of donations in the database.
