Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are now hiring multiple positions for our client, Woundlocal, a mobile wound care practice.
Position: Advanced Wound Care Account Executive
This is a full-time sales and marketing role focused on Woundlocal’s mobile advanced wound care services. Key call points include skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, assisted living, home health, and hospice programs. The role involves closing deals with professional facilities within the assigned region.
Responsibilities of the Account Executive
- Achieve monthly personal production goals and patient quotas for advanced wound care in the assigned region.
- Secure new service contracts with facility partners and manage existing contracts.
- Conduct effective sales calls to identify community needs, communicate service features and benefits, and handle objections to close sales.
- Maintain consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per referral source.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and foster ongoing referrals.
- Collaborate with Territory Account Executives.
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share, including prospecting and call routing to maximize territory coverage.
- Deliver educational presentations and in-service training about advanced wound care and Woundlocal services.
- Handle sales administration tasks using Salesforce, manage expenses, and ensure timely communication via phone and email.
- Manage resources responsibly, projecting return on investment and adhering to budget constraints.
- This is a remote/outside sales role requiring use of a personal vehicle, with 80% field customer-facing activities and 20% administrative work.
- Report to the Account Executive under the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical sales, with healthcare connections in Laredo a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Own a reliable vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and have valid insurance.
