Job description

Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are now hiring multiple positions for our client, Woundlocal, a mobile wound care practice.

Position: Advanced Wound Care Account Executive

This is a full-time sales and marketing role focused on Woundlocal mobile advanced wound care. Key call points include skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, acute care, assisted living, home health, and hospice programs. The role involves closing deals with professional facilities in the assigned region.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve monthly personal production goals and patient quotas for the region.
  2. Obtain and manage signed service contracts with facility partners.
  3. Execute effective sales calls, identifying referral needs, communicating service benefits, and closing sales.
  4. Manage and document sales activities with referral sources.
  5. Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and foster referrals.
  6. Collaborate with Territory Account Executives.
  7. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, including prospecting and account development.
  8. Provide educational presentations and in-service sessions about advanced wound care.
  9. Handle sales administration tasks, including CRM updates, expense reporting, and correspondence.
  10. Manage expenses and project ROI to align with company budget.
  11. This is a remote/outside sales position requiring use of personal vehicle; 80% field activity, 20% administrative.
  12. Report to the Account Executive under the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  13. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Minimum Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical sales, with wound care experience a plus.
  2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  3. Own a reliable vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and have valid insurance.
