Job Title: Advanced Wound Care Account Executive

Freenet Health Corp., a rapidly growing healthcare management company serving virtual and mobile medical practices, is hiring multiple positions for our client, Woundlocal, a mobile wound care practice.

Job Summary: This full-time sales and marketing role involves engaging with skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, acute care, assisted living, home health, and hospice programs. The primary responsibility is to close deals with professional facilities in the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly personal production goals and patient quotas for advanced wound care.
2. Obtain and manage service contracts with facility partners.
3. Conduct effective sales calls, identify client needs, communicate service benefits, and close sales.
4. Maintain consistent sales activities and documentation across referral sources.
5. Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and foster ongoing referrals.
6. Collaborate with Territory Account Executives.
7. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, including prospecting and account development.
8. Deliver educational presentations and in-service sessions about wound care services.
9. Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM updates and expense reports.
10. Manage resources efficiently, projecting ROI and adhering to budgets.
11. This is a remote/outside sales role, requiring vehicle use: 80% field work, 20% administrative.
12. Report to the Account Executive under the Director of Sales and Marketing.
13. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or wound care sales. Healthcare connections in Laredo are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Own a reliable vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and have insurance.
