Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are now hiring multiple positions for our client, Woundlocal, a mobile wound care practice.

Job Title: Advanced Wound Care Account Executive

This is a full-time sales and marketing position focused on Woundlocal's mobile advanced wound care services. Key call points include skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, acute care facilities, assisted living, home health, and hospice programs. The role involves closing all professional facilities within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve monthly personal production goals and wound care patient quotas for the assigned region.
  2. Obtain new signed service contracts with facility partners; manage and update contracts as needed.
  3. Conduct effective sales calls to identify and meet referral community needs; communicate features and benefits of Woundlocal services. This includes pre and post call planning, rapport building, questioning, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing sales.
  4. Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per referral source.
  5. Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and foster ongoing referrals.
  6. Collaborate with Territory Account Executives.
  7. Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, diversification, and optimized call routing.
  8. Deliver educational presentations and in-service sessions about advanced wound care and Woundlocal services.
  9. Manage sales administration duties, including Salesforce updates, expense reporting, and timely communication via email and phone.
  10. Manage resources responsibly, projecting ROI and adhering to the sales and marketing budget.
  11. This is a remote, outside sales role requiring use of personal vehicle; approximately 80% in the field and 20% administrative work.
  12. Report to the Account Executive under the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  13. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical sales, or wound care; healthcare connections in Laredo are a plus.
  2. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  3. Own a reliable vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and have valid insurance.
