We are seeking an experienced Hunter/Closer for the full-time position of Advanced Wound Care Account Executive.
Job Summary
This sales and marketing role focuses on Woundlocal's mobile advanced wound care services. Key call points include skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, acute care facilities, assisted living, home health, and hospice programs. The position involves closing all professional facilities within the assigned region.
Responsibilities of the Account Executive
- Achieve monthly personal production goals and patient quotas for advanced wound care in the assigned region.
- Secure new signed service contracts with facility partners and manage existing contracts.
- Conduct effective sales calls to identify and meet referral community needs, clearly communicating the features and benefits of Woundlocal services, including pre/post call planning, rapport building, questioning, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing.
- Implement and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per referral source.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and foster ongoing referrals.
- Collaborate with Territory Account Executives.
- Develop strategies to increase market share through prospecting, diversification, and optimized call routing, maximizing territory coverage.
- Deliver educational presentations and in-service sessions on advanced wound care and Woundlocal programs.
- Handle sales administration duties, including Salesforce updates, expense tracking, and timely communication.
- Manage resources responsibly, projecting return on investment and adhering to sales and marketing budgets.
- This remote/outside sales role requires use of your vehicle, with approximately 80% in the field and 20% administrative work.
- Report to the Account Executive under the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical sales, or wound care, with healthcare connections in Laredo considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Own a reliable vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and have valid insurance.
