Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are now hiring multiple positions for our client, Woundlocal, a mobile wound care practice.

Job Title: Advanced Wound Care Account Executive

This is a full-time sales and marketing position focused on Woundlocal's mobile advanced wound care services. Key call points include skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, acute care, assisted living, home health, and hospice programs. The role involves closing deals with professional facilities in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly personal production goals and patient quotas for the region.
2. Obtain and manage signed service contracts with facility partners.
3. Conduct effective sales calls to identify needs, communicate features and benefits, and close sales.
4. Manage and document sales activities across multiple contacts within referral sources.
5. Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and foster referrals.
6. Collaborate with Territory Account Executives.
7. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, including prospecting and call planning.
8. Provide educational presentations and in-service appointments about wound care services.
9. Handle sales administration tasks, including CRM updates and expense reporting.
10. Manage resources responsibly, projecting ROI and adhering to budgets.
11. This is a remote/outside sales role requiring a vehicle, with 80% field activity and 20% administrative work.
12. Report to the Account Executive under the Director of Sales and Marketing.
13. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or wound care sales, with healthcare connections in Laredo a plus.
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and insurance.
