Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a Workface Planning Coordinator to assist with contractor interfaces and WFP efforts across Fluor projects. The role involves training, data entry, audits, and daily/weekly updates to keep plans aligned with execution teams.

You will engage with Fluor personnel and business partners, drive WFP participation, and help integrate WFP across departments, supporting weekly Pull Plans and dashboard reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workface Planning processes and interfacing with contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data entry and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and data-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with internal resources and external partners.
• Provide training/guidance on Att. J requirements and WFP participation.
• Ensure WFP integration across Fluor project departments.
• Participate in weekly Pull Plan and apply commitments to execution plans.
• Share weekly dashboard data with Construction teams.
• Manage Construction Constraint logs and mitigations; assist remediation.
• Interface with constraint personnel to resolve or update active items.
• Escalate overdue/inactive constraints with responsible parties.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and variance reports; ensure visualizations reflect current data.
