Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced to supervise the drying and repair of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. You will serve as a local, regional, and national resource, directing teams and coordinating drying systems with heat and desiccant as appropriate.

Travel and night/weekend work may be required. Candidates should have IICRC credentials and strong documentation and customer-service skills to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• English language literacy and fluency.
• Demonstrated mastery of BELFOR Water Damage procedures.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in using PPE and field safety standards.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Develop humidity content records and determine drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity loads and air volumes for large water loss projects.
• Assess electrical consumption of drying equipment and temporary power needs.
• Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and maintain equipment.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to protect client property.
• Maintain strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Travel may be required, with night and weekend work.
