Brady Services is seeking a Facilities Tech to perform operation, maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems in central and eastern North Carolina. You will manage contracts, coordinate with the Facilities Manager, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires an Associate's degree in HVAC or related field and 3+ years of industrial HVAC experience, with proficiency in building automation and common software.

Competenze

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in HVAC, Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of operation, maintenance and repair in industrial HVAC systems related experience; preferably Trane and Tracer systems
• 3+ years of technical/leadership experience in operation, maintenance and repair of facilities and building equipment and systems
• Proficiency with computer devices (including laptops, tablets, and smart phones) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software

Mansioni

• Monitors & performs preventive and corrective maintenance of building, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
• Repairs or replaces motors, electrical components, controls, lamps, and ballasts as needed.
• Repairs plumbing leaks and maintains faucets, sinks, and valves.
• Performs maintenance on doors, ceilings, walls, and stairs.
• Coordinates contractor inspections and life safety system maintenance.
• Oversees subcontractors and documents discrepancies.
• May use building automation system to monitor and control systems.
• Uses hand-tools and computers for recording work.
