Brady Services in Raleigh/Morrisville, NC is seeking a Service Technician - Level I to assist in installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. You will work with a Senior Technician and participate in Brady’s mentorship program, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The position requires an Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Up to 25% travel with a day shift and competitive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• In process of or completed Associate's degree, certificate, or military training in HVAC from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools, connected login, and operational renderings.
• Ability to complete EPA Universal Certification.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to prove US employment eligibility.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Complete Brady Mentorship Program requirements, including on-the-job training under BMP evolutions.
• Service and maintain products and equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements and modifications as requested by customers.
• Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.
• Use hand tools, follow blueprints and wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair units.
• Document work by completing daily job paperwork and closing out jobs timely.
• Determine parts to order for repairs and plan on-site materials.
• Prepare for on-site installation by examining building layout and coordinating on-site work.
• Provide technical support and act as a resource for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Brady products and services.
• Inspect and repair company provided materials including fleet vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clothing per company dress code.
• Ensure compliance with laws and best practices.
• Collaborate with associates to uphold company mission and values.
• Supervise most of the time.
