Brady Services in North Carolina seeks a Service Technician – Level IV to install, maintain, start up and repair complex commercial HVAC systems, including unitary and chilled water systems. You will lead and mentor junior technicians and collaborate with field supervision on multi-technician projects.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and knowledge of Brady products and services, with relocation assistance offered to NC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, certificate, or military training in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
• Be willing to have goal oriented discussions with junior technicians.
• 15+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Proficiency with computer devices (laptops/tablets/smartphones) and MS Office.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools, login, and operational renderings.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to work legally in the US with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Service complex commercial HVAC units and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Guide and support less experienced Brady technicians and office personnel.
• Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of complex HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair units using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specs.
• Document daily work and close out jobs promptly.
• Order parts as needed and plan on-site installation logistics.
• Provide technical support and act as a resource for customers.
• Collaborate with Brady products and services to upsell where appropriate.
• Mentor teams, uphold company goals, and maintain professional conduct.
