Vail Resorts in South Lake Tahoe is hiring for winter seasonal roles including a Delivery Coordinator. Join a mountain team that delivers gear and reservations with a focus on customer care and efficiency.

From day one you’ll work on a busy delivery schedule, coordinate contracts, and support guests, with opportunities to grow through Epic Service training and a strong benefits package. Starting wage is $22.00–$29.22 per hour; full-time seasonal hours, with weekend and holiday coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Delivery Warehouse supervisor and coordinate deliveries.

• Answer all calls at the desk and maintain responsiveness.
• Build schedules for four delivery vans based on reservations.
• Assist with deliveries if needed and stay adaptable.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Delivery Coordinator is an instrumental position within the delivery team and we are looking for strong communicators with great organizational skills. Majority of time spent in this position is on the phone, confirming reservations and obtaining all details necessary for a successful delivery. Coordinators work closely with the manager and assistant managers, build out schedules, print and organize reservations and run contracts through the register.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

Job Responsibilities:

A day in the life as a deliver coordinator:

• Act as a Delivery Warehouse supervisor
• Print contracts for ski and board rental delivery, tech and stage gear for deliveries
• Contact guests and confirm time, date, place, and body metrics for each guest
• Answer or return all calls while at the desk
• Build a schedule for 4 delivery vans based on the reservations and available staff
• Have fun even in stressful times
• Assist with Deliveries if needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Show ability to adhere to a schedule even with large volume of calls

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
