Vail Resorts is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for our Epic Mountain Rentals team in Colorado. You will manage reservations, build delivery schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction during the winter season.

This role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Job Summary

As the Delivery Coordinator, you are an ambassador of Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery and are instrumental in the success of the delivery team. You will be responsible for total guest satisfaction throughout their reservation, consistently delivering exceptional guest service. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills—someone who enjoys planning and logistics. Delivery Coordinators will work closely with their managers, assistant managers, and Delivery Specialists.w

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage:$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Anticipate members’ and guests’ needs and respond knowledgeably and promptly using phone and email.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry and assist in gear selection.
• Ability to pivot between assisting guests, teching skis and coordinator tasks.

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
