Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 and seeking Delivery Specialists to quickly and safely prepare and deliver ski/snowboard equipment to guests at resort properties. You’ll be part of a team that prioritizes guest satisfaction, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced winter environment.

The role offers seasonal winter employment with full-time and part-time shifts, a starting wage of $22.00/hour with a cap at $29.22/hour, and a path to develop leadership and guest-service skills through

Responsibilities

• Receive order details from the Delivery Coordinator and set up ski/snowboard equipment.
• Organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with teammates.
• Drive company vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe driving standards.
• Assist guests in fitting equipment and explain proper use.
• Answer guests' questions regarding reservations, equipment, or the resort.
• Communicate with managers to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized work space.
• Act as manager on duty when scheduled.

The Rental Delivery Specialist kick starts winter holidays for our guest by conveniently delivering equipment right to their door. The Rental delivery specialist works in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that always exceeds our guest expectations. The Delivery Specialist is trusted to work autonomously & efficiently while fulfilling reservations, as well as maintaining & developing partner relationships.

Delivery Specialists will spend part of their shift in employee-only store spaces, completing the setup of ski/snowboard rental equipment and maintaining shop organization. The majority of a Specialists shift is spent completing equipment deliveries & fittings to various hotels and residences within the resort.

This multi-faceted position requires employees who can work in a fast paced environment, keep to a tight delivery schedule, and work with minimal supervision. You will gain valuable skills by supportingmultiple departments and grow as a leader within our development-focused culture. Those who work alongside you are knowledgeable teammates and leaders eager to learn more and share both their skills and their exceptional experiences.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Receive order details from the Delivery Coordinator & setup ski/snowboard equipment to meet guest specifications (we will train you!)

Work with other Delivery Specialists to organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery

Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe, professional driving standards

Handle oneself professionally and courteously while inside guest residences, hotels, and lodges

Fit guests to their equipment and explain proper, safe use (we’ll train you!)

Answer any guest questions regarding their reservation, equipment, or the resort in general (we’ll train you!)

Communicate with managers and team members in order to maximize efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized work space

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty

Act as manager on duty when scheduled

All other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
