Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring a Delivery Coordinator for the winter season. This role focuses on phone and computer communications with guests, confirming reservations, and gathering details for delivery appointments.

You will work closely with the manager and assistants to build schedules, print and organize reservations, and process contracts. Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available, and housing may be provided.

The Delivery Coordinator is an instrumental position within the rental delivery team, and we are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills. Most of the time spent in this position is on the phone or computer - communicating with guests, confirming reservations, and obtaining all the necessary details for a successful delivery appointment. Coordinators work closely with the manager and assistant managers, build delivery schedules, print and organize reservations, and process contracts through the register.

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
