Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring for winter 2026/27 for Cooks, Drivers, Instructors, and more across our mountain resorts. Seasonal roles offer competitive pay, free employee passes, and access to ski and snowboard lessons, as well as retail and dining discounts.

Starting wage is $21.92 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time hours available and a requirement of 18+ years old. Housing is not provided; roles may include varied duties such as cash handling, rentals, and guest assistance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a related role.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski/snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests.
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
