Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles including Rental Supervisor and related positions across our ski and snowboard operations. Starting wage ranges from $23.00 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time and part-time shifts available for Winter 2026/2027.

Housing is available and federal/state labor laws are observed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and be able to work a flexible winter schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years old.
• Seasonal winter positions available across various roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of ski/snowboard rentals department.
• Supervise up to 50 frontline staff and leadership team of 5–6.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule store personnel; manage payroll via digital platform.
• Drive guest service excellence and maintain inventory and cost controls.
• Coordinate with other departments to align with resort initiatives.
• Develop and execute training plans for new hires and seasonal staff.
