Vail Resorts in Dover, Vermont is hiring for winter seasonal roles for 2026/2027. Join our mountainside team as a Rental Associate or related positions across full-time and part-time shifts, with starting pay of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and rental terms.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include cashiering and other retail duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

A Rental Associateteam member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
